[LI] FTP: Unable to resolve host

Dear Gurus

Hi am getting the following error when I try to connect to ftp

ftp ftp.neilsoft.com

'Unable to resolve host.'

But I am able to browse Through Netscape (Through proxy)
How can I overcome this problem ,Please help
