[LI] kernel config help reqd.

Dear Linuxperts,
According to PCQ July'99, kernel 2.2 provides "miscellaneous binary format 
support". If so how can I enable it in my default kernel supplied with 
PCQ Redhat 6.1 without recompiling the kernel.
