hello,
       try to open control panel, in thier open the window manager, & then 
click the tab run "configuration tool for enlightenment " o whatever window 
manager u r using . there u can find some settings to customise ur window 
manger. u can find here how the key board focus can be transfered to new 
windows.customise it accordingly.it will solve ur problem .
