You'll have to recompile the kernel with that option (IDE/ATAPI)
selected as a module and SCSI hostadapter emulation (also as a
module). Read the CD-Writing-HOWTO - it gives info about kernel
recompile as well, and read Kernel-HOWTO as well if required. These
two should let you breeze through! ;-)
