Try the fol....
* Try a another copy of the RHL CD. This worked for me quite a few times
esp. on older drives (12x and below)
* Change the hard disk setting in the bios for the CD-ROM drive from
none to auto.
* Set the CD-ROM drive as master.
* Sidcarters' suggestion if all else fails.
