That is what is called transparent-proxying !!
Cool way to do things !!
We think we are using one server where as we
might be accessing it thro some other server.
Many ISP's use this ( That gives a false illusion of
more speed ;0)

By the way ISPs in Lahore are working with their routers configured in a
way that all the http data goes through the proxy server. Therefore just
one command can block all http requests at the proxy server stage.
