Hi Khader,

Handling a simple (non-authenticating) proxy is straightforward.

If it's a socks proxy, use runsocks or socksify from one of the socks
packages to tunnel the client through it, e.g. socksify ./setiathome
-nice 19, etc.

If it's an HTTP proxy, run setiathome as:

        ./setiathome -proxy ip.of.pro.xy:proxyport

and you're through.  It's only those authenticating MS proxies which
are a problem.
