hi all,
this is a problem regarding ftp and telnet access to a linux box i have setup. when
i telnet the sys from another networked computer, it says that system connected but
does not display the login prompt(telneting as localhost on linux box works out
right). the ftp does connect but after sometime displays connection reset by peer with
only part of the file transferred.
what may be the problem. can i set the ftp to only transfer files with a maximum
size limit assigned and refuse the files greater than this size.
