I live in Bombay and commute to Pune on weekends for my NCST course. I 
happen to have the MandrakeSoft's distro for Linux (the entire suite) iI 
need the cds most of the time but i can give it to you for a day or two. 
would you be interested? write back with details to contact you.
btw, i can only help you out with SO for Linux. i don't have the windoze 
version.

Alternatively, since you've talked about Computer bookshop in Mumbai, you 
might be aware he has the Mandrake release, which your friends and you can 
contribute and buy.
