The execev error which you got was because there is a link pointing to X server in
/etc/X11. In your case it might be still pointing to your old server rather than the
Frame buffer server. Check it out.

This is again because of the above point. You are trying to start XFree_SVGA server and
no SVGA screen section is present in you XF86Config file.

Just Change driver "svga" to driver "fbdev" and not "XF86_FBDev".

If you do the above stuff this problem will not be there.
