LDIF format is not too difficult to grok. It is a format that is used by
LDAP externally (internally, LDAP has its own data structures).
Each line in the LDIF file is made up of two regions. The region on the
left is the name of the field and the region on the left is the value.
So you have something like:
firstname: Sudhakar
lastname: Chandrasekharan
nickname: Thaths
nazititle: List Master
You see the idea? The LDIF is just the format. There are no specs
specifying what each field is to be named.
