It is a feature.. but not in the way you describe. ISDN supports upto two
64k data channels and a lower bitrate service channel. The two 64k
channels can be "bonded" to give you 128kbps throughput. "Bonding" two TAs
would be just as easy, or hard, as bonding two regular modems.
