Thanks!

now, we dont runa tight budget but we like to economise...so is D-Link a
cost-effective option as compared to 3Com ? (meaning is D-Link reliable for a 15 port
Hub?)

also, i fogot to add... I wanted the RJ45 cable as a "crossover" cable... so in this
case
the cabling order is very important.....so again, what order should i follow for
numbering
the wires inside the RJ45 connector (left-to-right but with which side up - the lock
or the
base of RJ45?)

and finally, that means that LInux will not help in our case as we
intend to use WIndows Borland c++ on our server with the clients only
saving their local files on their HDD and using the server's application
over the n/w?(think this is obvious but would like to confirm).
