JB only binds to "localhost"'s port 8000 by default. This
behaviour was adopted as the default from 2.0.2 (as per comments
in config file).

Go to /etc/junkbuster/config (or wherever it is) and read the
comments near "listen-address". Uncomment the line it says to
uncomment for your required behaviour. Then restart jb
(/etc/rc.d/init.d/junkbuster restart).
