you can very well run windows with linux and other os also here is some tips
Install you windows first and leave some free space for linux
boot your machine with linux cdrom or use autoboot.bat file for installing
linux
place lilo in mbr at the time of booting while lilo comes type dos or if it
not works well edit /etc/lilo.conf
run lilo after changing and reboot your m/c it will work
