You need to know the name of your SCSI controller. Once you have identified
it, you have to load the appropriate module. After this, you can mount your
SCSI drives as usual (mount -t ext2 /dev/sda1 /mnt/scsi or whatever).

To figure out the name of the card, look in /proc/pci. You will probably find
an entry like (quoting from mine)

PCI devices found:
  Bus  0, device  12, function  0:
    SCSI storage controller: Initio Corp 360 P (rev 2).
      Medium devsel.  IRQ 5.  Master Capable.  Latency=64.  
      I/O at 0x6c00 [0x6c01].
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xe4008000 [0xe4008000].
