I use - the following RPMs and I'm happy.
$ rpm -qa | grep stylesheet
stylesheets-0.8-4
$ rpm -qa | grep sgml
sgml-tools-1.0.9-2
sgml-common-0.1-2
$ rpm -qa | grep docb
docbook-3.0-8
$ rpm -qa | grep jade
jadetex-2.5-1
jade-1.2.1-3
JadeTeX is a little bit problematic on large SGML files.
