I've been attempting to send a message to the linux-input list describing proposed changes to the ati_remote.c (drivers/media/rc/ati_remote.c) module that would allow for support of the ATI Remote Wonder Plus RF Remote Control.
I've stripped the message down to these few lines to determine if it is the content of the message that is causing it to be rejected.
