Hi Linuxerians,

to celebrate the upcoming 2.2.10, which has switched Linux/IrDA
support from "experimental" to "stable", I just put a new issue
of the IR-HOWTO on to the WWW :)

>From the revision history of v2.7, 11 June 1999 :

o started chapter Upcoming Standards (Bluetooth and IrDA),
o added annotations about CORBA to GUI chapter,
o minor information about Nokia cellular phones added,
o added Appendix B Serial Infrared Port Sniffer,
o started IrDA Network Neighborhood section,
o started Connection to Psion 5 chapter and Appendix C,
o minor additions to LiRC chapter,
o minor changes

You may find it as usual at http://www.snafu.de/~wehe/index_li.html

Next on schedule is to set up man pages for: irattach, irmanager,
irdaping, irdadump, ... Is this alright?

Or in other words: What do you think about making a "real"
package (DEB, RPM) of Linux/IrDA?

Cheers
