Hello everybody !
First, sorry for my English. I am from France
and I will try to do my best. ;-)
Objective :
I need your help : I would like to communicate
with a mobile station (a mobile phone) in using the AT commands... for example
"AT" thanks to IrDA.
1/ I only know to ping thanks to "irdaping" but
I would like to send what I want (some characters for example)... Do you know
how to do ?
2/ I can communicate and "chat" thanks to IrDA
in using the IrDA socket but to send AT commands with IrDA, it is not possible
with the Socket I think...
3/ Is it possible to see what happens in the
IrDA I/O ??? For example, we can see how are the I/O of the serial interface
thanks to "cat /dev/ttyS0"... I would like if it is possible to see what
happenned in a IrDA interface.. (I tried "cat /dev/ircomm0" but it
failed...)
4/ I use minicom in order to communicate with
another computer thanks to the serial port (with a null-modem cable) :
/dev/ttyS0. But could we use minicom with the IrDA interface ??? If yes, how can
I configure minicom to use the IrDA interface ?
Thank you very much for you help !
Francis, from France.
