You need to use some additional AT-commands if the phone hasn't been configured properly (depending on the GPRS network you want to use - how to set up the phone may (should) be documented on your telco's webpages) The setup we have now works by using ppp (more or less as with ordinary GSM-data), but by just dialing *99# instead.
