Hi Andrea, I surfed around Ericsson's site and the only updates related to the T39 I found were to the windows software they provide on the cd with the phone. I saw no mention of firmware updates. Can you tell me where you found them?
Also, could you enlighten us all as to what your setup was or is with a working T39? Kernel version, IrDA utils, any IrDA patches, specific options choosen in the kernel config for IrDA. (Wondering about the Debug option after the recent thread discussing it.) We all know that linux is awesome and a lot of us will agree that this is an awesome phone as well. I am commited to make this work.
