        Three things :
        o cat /proc/interrupts -> find the culprit stealing your irq
        o try IrDA port in SIR mode + irtty. Safer.
        o Don't forget to play with dongle_id for MIR/FIR speeds.

        I've never played with phones or IrComm, so I can't help for
the rest...
