Sigmatel did the right thing and they put the complete doc of
their products on their web site :
http://www.sigmatel.com/technical_docs.htm#wireless
So, the only thing it would take to get it supported under
Linux is someone like you writing the driver. With the doc and
irda-usb as an example, that should not be too hard.
In other words, put the pressure on you, not on Sigmatel...
