        First, you irdadump are bogus. For example, it misses the
time. And it doesn't look like you are using the latest version of
irdadump.
        Second, you don't mention the version of the kernel.
        Third, it looks like many frames get lost and
retransmitted. Either the link is poor, or the IrDA led on the Sharp
crap (blind), or the Sharp may have a slow turnaround time.
