Having this hint bit set never hurt in practice, and the range
of features/support offered by Linux-IrDA qualify it as a "Computer"
IrDA stack.

The problem is that I really want to force people to use
IRLMP_HINTS_SET, and having a direct API to manipulate the master hint
bits is dangerous.
So, hacking the source code is your safest bet.
