Dear Jean.,
Can you help me....thank!!
I had published the related question on the form -- MA600 and I also
read message from you.
Thank you for answering my question but I still can't understand. I
think my knowledge about the linux is so poor.
Can you tell me more about the IrDA?
Here is some information:
Linux kernel is 2.4.7-10
MA 600 Driver(ma600v0_1.tar.gz)
irda-util-0.9.9 (I can't find the irda-util-0.9.15-pre6, if I need this
libery, can you tell me where did I get it?)
Here is some situation when I test my device:
Step1. I type "irattach /dve/ttyS0 -d ma600 -s", the light of the IrDA will
be turned on.
Step2. I type the instructor "irdadump" .
Step3. I transmit a file via my PDA.
Step4. There is some information appear on my PC's screen(Please read the
attached file: irdadump.txt)
Step5. The information appear on my PDA is "It can not find any
device".
My question==> Does my device setup on the system successfully?
If it doesn't, how can I make sure?
If it does, why does my program in java(Please read the attached file:
PortList.java) appeal such inforamtion "NoSuchPort Exception"
Thank for you help, I appreciated!!
