[Linux-IrDA] irda on toshiba satellite 1800

I can't seem to get the irda working on my toshiba satellite 1800. I tried using the toshoboe driver but no luck. Can someone point me in the right direction to get the irda to work? I am running redhat 7.3 kernel 2.4.18 with the irda-utils. I am trying to sync my Palm m130   Alexandre Sagala
