Yes does this help !
Now all work almost perfectly (no problem with PPP, some garbage message
the first time i start minicomm)
with 2.3.26 too !

A little suggestion: put a link in 'IRhowto' to a little document with
the latest tips, procedures, news etc. to avoid problems like above or
like the difference from ircomm_tty / ircomm-tty ,ircomm / irnine etc.
