Have just released patch-2.2.13-irda9 which should be applied to vanilla
2.2.13. You can find it at:

Changes since (-irda8):
o Fixed bug in IrLAP QoS negotiation (so serious, that I just had to make
a new patch)
o Fixed bug in IrTTP SAR code (serious for Jean ;-)
o Fixed some dangerous code in irlmp_event.c (maybe I got rid of some
memleaks, but I really don't know ;-)
