Hi,

Some of you have found out that irda-utils doesn't compile with the latest
kernels and patches. The reason is that user-space applications should not
use <linux/irda.h> kernel header file anymore. Instead they should use
irda-utils-x.y.z/include/irda.h (until we are so happy with it that we
submit it to be included in glibc). This means that stuff like OBEX must be
fixed to include this file, and _not_ the kernel header file <linux/irda.h>.

You can find the latest version at:

    http://www.cs.uit.no/linux-irda/irda-utils/irda-utils-0.9.7.tar.gz
and
    http://www.cs.uit.no/linux-irda/irda-utils/irda-utils-0.9.7-1.i386.rpm

Notice that <linux/irda.h> may disappear in future versions of linux-irda
since we really don't need it anymore, and the stuff collected there may be
distributed back to the header files where they came from.

Please mail me if you have any problems!
