Yes, that would be a great idea. You have much more hardware
than me (I don't have 4 Mb/s) and more knowledge or IrDA
internals... And I also don't think that many people will test the
multipoint stuff...

And I also guess that IrLAN is in the works. Bah, my patch
doesn't touch much those areas...

No problem. You have the patch, and I would be stupid to
prevent you to integrate it in Linux-IrDA ;-)
You will find a lot of things in my patch, and a few changes
are quite suttle. I'm a bit sorry that everything comes as one big
lump. On the other hand, I tried to document most of the
changes.
Anyway, if you have any questions on any particular change,
send me an e-mail, and I'll try to remember why I did it. I'm going to
be busy in the next few weeks on other activities, but I'll try to
keep some bandwidth available for you...

Ciao,
Jean
P.S. : In the slide-show you presented at the last IrDA meeting, the
URL of the Java-IrDA stuff had a typo ;-)
P.S.2 : Any news if IrNET is going to be standardised by IrDA ?
