First of all, I want to thank you.
I readed entire mail and I understand IrDA group concerns.
At this stage:
      IrPHY 99%
IrLAP 60-80% (no state machine tables)
      IrLMP 40-50%
      TinyTP 20-30%

My effort (and a friend Craus Cornel) was made in summer 1999.
Today, I want to put online this info and hope to speed-up
IrDA knowledge in Romania. To be fair I think to state _clearly_
that romanian translations are _not_ official and are _partialy_.
I'm very glade to hear any suggestions to format current translations.

P.S. I'll be happy to put a good word at IrDA Board of Directors meeting
to make (and finish) IrDA specs available in Romanian.
