Please forgive me if this is a FAQ...

Does the toshoboe driver support the chip in the Tecra 8100?

Under Windows 98, there's a "Toshiba FIR Port Type-DO" network interface;
reading the source, toshoboe supports "type-O" infrared port.

Trying to modprobe the driver gives a "/lib/modules/2.2.16/misc/toshoboe.c:
init_module: Device or resource busy" message (perhaps because there are 3
devices sharing IRQ 11 with the IrDA controller).

lspci output includes this line:

00:09.0 IRDA controller: Toshiba America Info Systems: Unknown device 0d01

Hm, all in all I'm not particularly hopeful... Is this chip a lost cause?
