Have just released irda-utils-0.9.13. This is a big jump in the release minor
number (10-13) and this is mainly because I made mistakes in the previous
ones (don't use them). We have new startup scripts, so please try it out and
make suggestions on how to make them better. I'm sure I've missed something,
or things could have been better. But lets just work from here!

Changes:
o New startup code. No more irmanager, and you should edit the config file in
/etc/sysconfig/irda for your setup
o Updates for irdadump (Jean)
o Fixes for the spec file (Fredric Lepied)
PS. If I for some reason have forgot to apply patches, then please make a
new diff and resubmit them!!
