Ok - i am now doing this:

alias char-major-161 ircomm-tty
alias tty-ldisc-11 irtty
post-install irda modprobe nsc-ircc
post-install nsc-ircc ifconfig irda0 up ; echo 1 >/proc/sys/net/irda/discovery
options nsc-ircc dongle_id=0x9

Problem is - If i simply position the Mobile next to the Laptop (irda enabled)
and try to access /dev/ircomm - The first access fails and i have to ctrl-c.
The second access works - All modules get loaded on the first access and
the stuff if configured ok - But the access fails as there is no ircomm
device available. Ill dig into that a bit further.

Why is it called "common sense" when nobody seems to have any?
