ISDN recommendation

What would be your recommendation for the following application:

   - ISDN PCI (or ISA)
   - under Linux (of course)
   - able to do modem (V34 or better), X.75, syncPPP, ISDN-FAX,
     and voice (for a voice mailbox and/or full duplex operation).
