Hello Dave, Thank you for the options file you provided and the
check-up-script .
I am still getting the same symptoms . Lossy connection , can't
traceroute , But can ping . If I attempt an ftp/telnet/...
within a few seconds the connection will lockup .
This only leads me to beleive that I have misconfigured the
I-modem . Are the any AT settings to be watchful of ? I have
setup many normal modems with good effect . But these extra items
involved with the isdn portions are little less intuitive & the
Docs are the normal lousy stuff .
I also noticed that when the I-modem connects it Emmediately puts
the connection into PPP mode .
I have proved this by having my ISP on their TS when I used
ckermit to manually dialup the TS , And he said 'I see you started
PPP.' & I said 'no I didn't ' ...
Is there some function where I can manually test the isdn
connection portion without having ppp started & without dialing up
the local second B channel ?
