You either have to buy an external ISDN-Adaptor (=digital modem) which is
treated like a traditional modem (Most can make analog connects, too) or buy an
internal ISDN-card. Only here apply the isdn4linux utilities. Internal card are
very much cheaper than external ISDN-Modems (here in Germany ~ 50 US$ vs.
250 US$)

Only with an external ISDN-Modem
