There is a 3.0beta7! But I could not get it compiled... (SuSE 6.1).
It is at ftp.franken.de/pub/isdn4linux/utils/testi

Now I am using the isdn4kutils from the CVS snapshot. They work fine, but
of course this is some kind of risky....
I am using the CVS snapshot of 11 Mrt 2000. This one had a (very) little
bug inisdnlog, but via the mailinglist at www.isdn4linux.de I got very quick
response and a patch....

TIMRU is not in the standard 2.2.14 kernel. See the discussions in the
mailinglistarchive at http://www.isdn4linux.de
In the arhive of Mrt 2000 someone has posted something about a patch,
maybe that will help you?
