Agreed, although there are some small things that need changing first.
I will implement authenticate() and request/release_io_lock() as no-ops
in karmaUsb this evening. That will finish off all the items on the
TODO list.

The other issue is that it should coincide with the new release of
lkarmafs. If riocp is reading/writing smalldb by default then lkarmafs
should do so aswell, I think.
Also, this business with updating the "duration" property in lkarmafs
will require some changes to the libkarma API. Both lkarmafs and
libkarma will need to be in sync for that.
We could either release new versions of lkarmafs and libkarma now and
fix that afterwards or delay the release of both until after this is
fixed.
