Update: Looks like riocp from libkarma-hg93 doesn't work any more
with the Ethernet interface: "unable to connect to rio karma"
I've checked and it is because of this code:
if (karma != 0) {
fprintf(stderr, "unable to connect to rio karma\n");
return -1;
}
which has been (incorrectly) inserted at some point after
libkarma-0.0.4. It should be removed.
