Yes, it is better to reconfigure the DDR value according to the sclk. But, current DDR clock value is against the fastest sclk 133MHz on bf548-ezkit. So, the value still works for DDR under lower sclk. Don't worry about runtime failures. Anyway, I will try to add the DDR clock value according to the VDSP 5.0 examples.
