commit: http://blackfin.uclinux.org/git/?p=linux-kernel;a=commitdiff;h=1de743fa1f1d7ad04a1e038fef4e81d818836e65
branch: http://blackfin.uclinux.org/git/?p=linux-kernel;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/trunk

while now and is almost always enabled by default. As agreed during the
Linux kernel summit, remove it from any "depends on" lines in Kconfigs.
