The Red Hat installer does the right thing and install a proper kernel. My RH6.2 install CD has the following: kernel-2.2.16-3.i386.rpm kernel-2.2.16-3.i586.rpm kernel-2.2.16-3.i686.rpm kernel-smp-2.2.16-3.i386.rpm kernel-smp-2.2.16-3.i586.rpm kernel-smp-2.2.16-3.i686.rpm Dax - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-kernel" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please read the FAQ at http://www.tux.org/lkml/
