pinconf_generic_parse_dt_config  is defined in drivers/pinctrl/pinconf.h
and is used by various pinctrl drivers(e.g.: 
drivers/pinctrl/nomadik/pinctrl-abx500.c,
drivers/pinctrl/pinctrl-tz1090-pdc.c, drivers/pinctrl/pinctrl-tz1090.c). Taking 
a closer
look at its prototype, I should match it here exactly (by removing inline).
