From: "Huang, Tao" <huang...@rock-chips.com> The rockchip timer is broadcast timer. Add CLOCK_EVT_FEAT_DYNIRQ flag and set cpumask to all possible cpus to save power by avoid unnecessary wakeups and IPIs.
