Changes in v6:

Rebased against linux-next + https://lkml.org/lkml/2016/6/24/122 series.

Changes in v4:

  * Added Lee Jones's Ack.

Changes in v3:

   * Cleaned up tps65218-pwrbutton and gpio drivers to remove
     tps65218_reg_read instances.
