[PATCH] MIPS: OCTEON: irq: Fix potential NULL pointer dereference

There is a potential NULL pointer dereference in case kzalloc()
fails and returns NULL.

Fix this by adding a NULL check on *cd*

This bug was detected with the help of Coccinelle.
