Add memory information from PEBS data in the Intel PT trace to the synthesized PEBS sample. This provides sample types PERF_SAMPLE_ADDR, PERF_SAMPLE_WEIGHT, and PERF_SAMPLE_TRANSACTION, but not PERF_SAMPLE_DATA_SRC.
